Your host Tina Chladny

Trained in wildlife biology at University of Guelph, Tina blends a modern view with the ancient knowledge and spirit of the natural world. Tina weaves her love of farming, painting, gardening, and creating scrumptious feasts into a passionate experience that she loves to share.  She has hands on training with the plant and animal spirits of the Ontario landscapes thru her work as an organic farmer, wildcrafter, herb blender, Parks Canada Naturalist, and purveyor of local, seasonal foods from years of running Harvest Moon Organic Bakery. Tina has travelled the globe immersed in natural landscapes, from research projects with National Geographic in Patagonia to living and working in remote communities in Canada’s Arctic and Sub-Arctic Northwest Territories. She fell in love with the Peninsula in the 1980’s with her handfast partner Graham Thomas

Your host Graham Thomas

Graham found the Peninsula after living years in the wilds of the Yukon and NWT.  Artisanal baker, Green Architect, Natural sculptor - Graham Thomas cares for the Earth while sharing his many talents through experiential tourism on this world biosphere. Since 1996, along with Tina, Graham invited visitors to ‘feed your senses’  at Harvest Moon through art, gardens, extraordinary food and unforgettable experiences for all of the bakery clientele. The next phase of this journey will be reestablishing connections and highlighting magic in nature. So, with a passion to create and an intention to share, Graham invites guests to strengthen their spiritual journey, participate and unplug , while they connect to the magnificence of the Peninsula. Through the art of storytelling, Graham is creating meaningful experiences and reaching diverse audiences in a 25 acre paradise, designed to host, inspire and  nurture the well-being of all who visit!
